2. Ordering

• Orders can be placed online via our website.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where an error in pricing, stock availability, or payment verification occurs.

3. Payment

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as shown at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
• Title to goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges which are your responsibility.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Consumer Rights (UK & EU customers)

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Exclusions

• Customised products or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6. Warranty

• Explorer Cases are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty (typically lifetime against manufacturing defects).
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
• To claim warranty service, please contact us first with proof of purchase.

7. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights under consumer law.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MilCases will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
